Send only footage, music and logos you have the right to use. Timelines start once we have your payment and your files.
You own the final files after full payment. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
We work hard for great results, but we can't guarantee specific views, sales or leads.
If something is wrong, contact us first and we'll fix it. Disputing a payment for work we delivered breaks these terms.
